We want you to love your Boden items, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your order within 90 days for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with tags attached to qualify.
Start Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Place your items in the original packaging or a secure alternative, ensuring the return form or packing slip is included inside.
Attach the Label
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it firmly to the outside of your parcel, covering any old shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to your nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt to track your return until it reaches our warehouse.
